Easter Weekend

Easter weekend is a very busy time for the village of Crich and in particular Crich Tramway Village.

It is the 40's weekend were there will be old vehicles , including some army vehicles and many other things happening with people dressing up in period costumes and driving round the village in old army jeeps, and dressing up as G.I.'s

The re-enacters started arriving on Thursday and by Saturday everywhere should be full. Luckily the weather forecast is for an excellent weekend, which makes a difference because most Easter Bank Holidays turn out cold and wet. The next event taking place at Crich tramway village is the Morris Minor Day on April 22nd 2007

The Caravan site is full with many hopefull people even ringing up at this late stage to see if there are any vacancies or cancellations. Bank Holidays are usually booked up months in advance, but there are plenty of other weekends to visit Crich.
