This blog has been set up to give everyone (Both locals and Visitors) the chance to comment on day to day things that are happening in the Village of Crich in Derbyshire U.K.
Simple things such as the new owners of Crich Fish and Chip shop produce a superb product and come highly recommended.
Also the Tea Shop up at Town End which has recently changed owners are open Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10am - 5pm and have now started a Bistro Night usually themed . The one that took place last evening the 28th March was a Greek Theme and I understand from the new owners that it was a sell out .

I am visiting the village of Crich for a weeks holiday in the summer. It would be useful if you could list what shops , pubs etc are available . Also is the village self contained or would I need to travel for food etc??.
